I know firsthand what it's like to struggle with weight and confidence issues. Back in my early 20s, I struggled with stubborn weight that wouldn't come off and felt so uncomfortable in my body. No matter what diet I'd do, nothing ever worked.

But after lots of trial and error and a few certifications under my belt, I was able to get the body and health I had always dreamed of, WITHOUT resorting to starvation to do so. Now, as a health and fitness pro with over a decade of experience in the industry, I’m on a mission to help other women do the same so that they too can get fit, increase their confidence, and step into a more empowered version of themselves!
